NEVADA HOA LAW:

This class will benefit board members, homeowners and community association managers in explaining Nevada homeowner association law. You will learn to apply the current laws to the everyday operation of your association. Manuals will be provided which include NRS 116 and other useful information.

This course will teach how to establish HOA committees, what type of committees to establish and how to get homeowners involved. You will learn about Board of Directors and committee authority, as well as committee limitations and the 3 R's (Receipt, Review and Response) of architectural review. Sample forms will be provided.
